Events in Ukraine

Our thoughts are with those impacted directly and indirectly by the events that are unfolding in Ukraine. The financial and economic costs are, of course, secondary to the human tragedy. However, we want to provide our shareholders with an update on the Company’s exposure to the region. 

• WTW and our Stock Pickers continue to monitor the evolving situation and sanctions lists to ensure compliance.
• Until recently, seven Russian stocks were held in the portfolio (representing 0.97% of the total portfolio). These stocks have all been sold. Today, we have no direct exposure to Russian companies in the portfolio nor to any Belarussian or Ukrainian companies.
• No further investment will be made in Russia or Belarus for the foreseeable future.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep our shareholders updated.
